A Family Tradition
Once upon a time in our city the tradition to make every year the tomato at home. it was like an holiday time spent with all the family together. It was like an assembly line around a large table. We remember our grandmothers and mothers making the bottles of fresh tomato puree and left in a big pot with hot water to cooking with “Bagnomaria" system in order to preserve the natural quality of the tomatoes..
We grew up with this image and every day our company faithful to our tradition produces the tomatoes with the same system much slower industrial processes, but it allows us to preserve the organoleptic qualities. Our first choice tomatoes are processed within 24 hours, allowing us to avoid the use of citric acid (which causes heartburn).
We are still in love with our land and our family tradition born in the B0s with our father Salvatore and with us, in 2008, became a real company.
Since 2015 we have also started to produce an organic line, with which we share the ethics of deep respect for the product and the consumer who, with BIOAGRICERT, is constantly certified and controlled. Our uniqueness is to have married a very high quality (and channels capable of satisfying the most demanding customers) to offer competitive, given the high efficiency and throughput (allowing us to enter even in the most competitive markets such as retail chains).
