Tradition in preserves

A Family Tradition
Once upon a time in our city, as a family tradition on a yearly basis, we used to make and process tomatoes at home. It was like spending a celebration day with the whole family, a kind of an assembly line all around a large table. We still have memories of both our mothers and grandmothers preparing bottles of fresh tomato puree, letting them cook in a pot with hot water using the "Bain Marie" system.
We grew up with these scenes and every day our company remains faithful to our tradition by producing tomatoes with the very same system, much slower than industrial processes, but which allows us to preserve the organoleptic qualities. Our top quality tomatoes are processed within 24 hours to avoid the use of citric acid (that can cause stomachache).
We are still in love with our land and our family tradition born in the 80s under our father Salvatore and which, in 2008, became a proper business reality with us.
Since 2015, we have also been producing an organic line, sharing the ethics of profound respect for both the product and the consumer, which, thanks to the BIOAGRICERT,, is certified and constantly monitored. What makes us unique is the fact that we are able to combine a very high quality (which satisfies the most picky channels and customers) with a very competitive offer. That is possible thanks to the high efficiency and production potential, which allow us to soak in such a competitive markets like organized distribution.
